Learn the basics of sock construction as you create a festive Christmas stocking. Though larger than your average sock, you'll be using worsted-weight yarn, so your stocking will knit up quickly. Plus, you only have to make one, so no Second Sock Syndrome!
Prerequisites: Must know how to knit, purl, increase, decrease, and knit in the round.
Materials: Students will need to purchase the pattern "Easy Christmas Stocking," by Knitting Pure & Simple, and the appropriate yarn to complete the stocking of their choice.
